1. Coaching Services Description
Services Offered:
- ADHD Coaching for Students: Tailored coaching sessions to enhance academic and personal success for students with ADHD.

Each coaching session is designed to address specific needs, using proven strategies to aid in task management, emotional regulation, and developing executive functioning skills.
2. Scheduling and Delivery of Services
Session Scheduling:
- Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and are conducted via Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
- Each program typically runs for 8 weeks, with an option to extend to 10 weeks at no additional cost, subject to mutual agreement based on progress and goals.
Service Delivery:
- Clients will receive a confirmation email with details about the session timing and the virtual meeting link.
- Reminders will be sent 24 hours and 1 hour before each scheduled session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited without a refund unless due to emergency circumstances.
- Provider Cancellation: If we need to cancel a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future session.
4. Refund Policy
- Clients may request a full refund if not satisfied with the services provided, as long as the request is made before the beginning of the fourth week of the program.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request and credited back to the original method of payment.
